BLENDING MAKE-UP TUTORIAL
Blending for a socketed eye & hooded eye or mono lid. Although a hooded eye and a mono lid are different shapes neither has a visible socket. This technique works on both. Estimated time: It should take about 20 minutes to complete both eyes including mascara and eyeliner.
