Step 3 - Make a selection / feather radius 3 Step 4 - CTRL + U change the hue and saturation settings. Step 5 - Whilst the object is still selected CTRL + C / CTRL + V to copy and paste the selection. Step 6 - To the new layer you just pasted select the mode soft light. Step 7 - Merge the layers, Step 8 - Duplicate the layer so you have a copy and open the hue/saturation window ( CTRL + U ) Step 9 - Saturation to -100 and blend mode to soft light.
