Dec 14, 2011 - begithestrange is right - he made the original picture ugly first, you can see where he distorted her features with the liquify tool. This is a crappy video. Pretty much all he did do was to blur the pours, and blurring people's pours, in my opinion, produces a rather fake and plastic appearance. This is a complete fail.
