Feb 23, 2012 - I have no clue why people are so crazy about boiling everything they see? For example, I leech the good stuff out of my tee for 12 hours instead of boiling hell out of it. You can actually see that the tee is alive when you do that. Don't see the point of boiling chaga eather..

Feb 17, 2012 - its more than a suggestion, in Asia and in Russia Chaga is prescribed to treat cancer, in China in Korea and Japan, it grows in all northern temperate regions, on Birch, although it dose grow on a few other trees you only want it from birch it concentrates the medicinal properties of the bark. its awesome in coffee or chai tea i love the stuff, climbing gear is a must if you are going hunting, also while you are there grab any birch conk you see ( they are grey ) also medicinal

Dec 1, 2011 - Long term sustainable? If people are going to switch to Chaga, perhaps this should be looked into... i'd venture to say some native shaman healers that live in areas with chaga may know if this is possible. Pland trees now if you want fruit years from now.
