May 25, 2012 - It might help to see a real one to compare . I don't use PS . I use gimp and adobe which is the proper program to view a pdf. Then, the alterations are quite unmistakable. I don't know of any ( image )software that separates an existing image into layers except for editing (when asked to do so) . Doing this automatically would lead me to correct it's settings or uninstall the software .

This alleged copy cannot reflect an original (cannot be a photocopy ) . Such an image would be flat (no layers) If it were converted to a pdf the only layers would be different colors or different information (alterations)

If scanned, all the original information is on one layer. The security pattern might have been added, but I can see without my glasses that it was extended out beyond the form itself for no valid reason.( It does appear to have been bed-scanned with the pattern already present, but with different data on it)

When have you ever put a document on a scanner and the printed out product comes out exactly the same? How many times has this document been scanned or copied before it was posted online where people downloaded and printed it? Thats why the whole "layer" thing has no weight. With basic reasoning, what conclusions can you fairly make if a tampered document is released to the public? A fair conclusion is that the real document is being hidden.
