May 22, 2012 - about two months ago i broke three bones in my left leg.. Yesterday i got rid of the plaster and can barely walk at all, but i still tried to do this yoga exercise. The most challenging part was when you were supposed to put a lot of weight on the left foot, that hurt a bit (and the very first thing in this video was completely impossible cause i cant "sit" on my foot), but i still found this video very nice and helpful.. Maybe a bit fast, but still enjoyable! Thank you! :)
