Feb 23, 2012 - My Mum and Dad met and fell in love when he was 17 and she was 15 - and stayed that way until she died, five years ago. They went to see this film when it came out the year after they met, and "True Love" was their song. I remember, as a child, finding them singing it together in the kitchen, on their anniversary. My Dad was unable to cope after Mum died, and is now in a care-home. I realise now that we didn't have much materially, when I was a child, but our home was full of "True Love".

I'm too afraid to take on a boy because of instant gratification and abundant sex (which I've seen in the relationships of my two roommates). If there is something technology isn't too good for, it's human relationships. There seems to be nothing romantic today; things like letters and starry nights are eschewed by people my age...
