Seriously, don't take this the wrong way... you're complicating things that can be done much in a simple way and more efficient and fast too, even with the older version of the Photoshop, not to mention the CS5. Doing it your way... if you would only use layers man... those you can move, instead of trying to copy it to the exact right spot.
