Jan 5, 2012 - - if you have CS5, I assume you mean you have Photoshop CS5. This particular retouch is done in Lightroom 3. If you wanted to use Photoshop CS5 you would actually open the image inside Adobe Camera Raw (ACR). You would find the Basic Panel there as it does not exist inside of Photoshop.
