May 9, 2012 - polars is their only good album. you can just feel the intensity of their old vocalist and the whole band put together in polars, but the more recent albums are just too...clean cut? ill make an allegory: Textures is a bear running at you in the woods, and in Polars it was a huge fucking grizzly bear 20 feet tall that was going on a rampage. recent albums are like a tiny bear that got its fur shaved off trying to do the same thing and getting laughed at.

Oct 27, 2011 - People who are calling them Meshuggah are basing that only on the fact that Textures is also playing technical riffs. Musical-wise (riffs, melody, singing) its not even close..they are unique and are mixing different blends of good bands (I hear some meshuggah, SYL, dream theater for example). Stop whining about them being a rip off and enjoy their music :)
