May 26, 2012 - tai chi is very challenging to learn at first...especially if you are looking at the pictures on a web page(it took me an hour to learn first 4 steps) which don't show the weight shifting details...THIS VIDEO SERIES IS MUCH BETTER AND SHOW YOU HOW TO DO IT! NICE JOB AND THANX.

May 20, 2012 - I envy your 2 year old because you are now giving your child an indelible positive message by performing Tai Chi. This art is an example of a life time for your child's health and well being. Let your child watch you from a high chair, play pen or crib then let your child eventually join you, if you want a lifetime companion to practice with. You will find the love connection gratifying. View all 11 parts of this extraordinary form of art on YouTube or consider the DVD. Thank you - M Thomas

May 17, 2012 - You are right. If anyone can find a better source I would like to try it. The first person did learn and find methods to incorporate within Tai Chi to help achieve today's results . Tai Chi evolved over the course of a few hundred years by studying the movement of nature and animals. Replicating movements of nature and the right animals took time and effort. Tai Chi is a learning process with many intricate moves and it will continue to be a learning process. Thank you - M Thomas

May 17, 2012 - It would be nice to be able to afford private lessons or have the time to go to Tai Chi lessons but many people can't. This video or the 11 part DVD helps anyone with convenient in home lessons. Thank you - M Thomas

May 17, 2012 - You must be doing what should be done while performing Tai Chi because this what Tai Chi does to a lot of people. Thank you - M Thomas

May 17, 2012 - The very first person to learn Tai Chi had to learn it by him/her self, why can't it be done again? Also if you know of better sources for one to educate themselves on the art of Tai Chi why don't you provide it?

May 16, 2012 - i'm a mixed martial artist and all in all a very stressful person, i also have issues with my anger but i now practice tai chi and i was shocked at how effective it actually is

ankeyao Says:

May 16, 2012 - As a 24 form tutorial, it's okay. But it's no real Tai Chi, which you simply can't learn by yourself. For a way to relax, this is spot on. Good job!

MThomasEsqI Says:

May 16, 2012 - I know a lot of MMA fighters that should adopt your attitude and look for an outlet to relax with. Try watching my meditating video on YouTube titled "Meditating Repose - Eternal Sunset" or "Meditating Repose - Floral impressions". You may find one of them relaxing after performing Tai Chi or Kickboxing. Thank you - M Thomas

May 16, 2012 - You seem to be well informed when it comes to the movements of Tai Chi so why are you watching Tai Chi videos? My Tai Chi Videos are for beginners and were meant to simplify the movements. Thank you - M Thomas

May 16, 2012 - I have ordered your videos and I can't wait to start. I love how you divide each mouvment. I'm a very slow learner when it comes to choregraphy, I have two left foot! I can learn my own pace without bothering a whole class! I can pause and resart how many times I need to. I might join a class later on when I'll feel confortable enough so a teacher can correct me.

May 12, 2012 - It is too your benefit to breathe through your nose and inhale positive energy when extending your extremities and breathe out through your mouth to expel negative energy when you extend your extremities. Breathe slowly and deliberately while expanding your chest. Thank you - M Thomas

herbrani Says:

May 12, 2012 - I have a question, how we should breathe while we practice the movements? should we use abdominal breathing or how?

May 7, 2012 - Sir, thank you very much. I am training for kickboxing right now, and it is very strenuous and frustrating at times. I tried this lesson after a day of training, I find it to be the perfect way to bring one back down after a hard day. Once again, Thank you.

May 2, 2012 - Stay committed and you will find the real benefits of Tai Chi. Thank you - M Thomas

May 2, 2012 - My comment would concur with "clawbytes". People in their 70's & 80's have ordered a Tai Chi DVD. It is better to do something than nothing at all, when it comes to your health. Thank you - M Thomas
