When I was real little and saw this for the first time, apperently I thought the Charlotte was the same spider from the Itsy Bitsy Spider song. So when the scene came were charlotte was dying apparently i said something like " Oh no, what's wrong Itsy Bitsy Spider?"

Mar 11, 2012 - I read that the author of "Charlotte's Web" hated the cartoon version!! I LOVE the cartoon version better than the book!! Maybe that's why the author didn't like it? The cartoon version is a masterpiece!! I never did see the sequel or the live action version. And I don't care to, either!!

I forgot the name of the show, but there was a shark who spoke like "Larry" from The Three Stooges. Agnes Moorehead (who did the voice of the Goose) and Lynde (Tempelton, the Rat) both starred in "Bewitched". Who ever does Roger's voice (and the shark) are great sound-alikes!!

Mar 6, 2012 - Why isn't the soundtrack out on CD, since the DVD's already been out? Both are SO classic, yet SO timeless ;) 0:32 Growing up, I always thought the voice of Fern was done by a grown-up. Boy, was I wrong when I later found out she was child actor Pamlyn Ferdin who was then 13 or 14 at the time. But in either case, Pamlyn always had such a cute, articulate voice that was also very mature for her age too, so I guess she had me (and probably everone else) fooled. :)
