Oct 16, 2011 - @Jesvel18 I've had so many injuries from sports and everytime I do, I turn to yoga cause it speeds up recovery and it de-stresses you out too :)

Oct 2, 2011 - i find this very soothing and perfect for me. when i was 11 i slightly injured my lower back and i've been able to do regular workouts like cardio but what i really want is something that also helps me improve my back strength and relieve the stress at the same time. can't tell you how glad i am to have found your channel.

Sep 15, 2011 - just a question, and I'll be thankfull to have your opinion: whenever I do yoga, I feel uncomfortable at my neck, esp the back part. I don't know if it's because I am not doing it right, or I may have a neck problem. Generally, I've very skinny upper body, esp my neck, compared to my lower body. In fact, my upper and lower body are one size different. I was wondering maybe this has something to do with my neck problem, or it's just that I am doing it in a wrong way.
