Jul 10, 2011 - Hi, This one the way it is would be a challenge, but you could make it out of 4 backer board panels that are 2x8 each and connect on location. You would still need some space in your car or van though.

Feb 3, 2011 - just an fyi, make sure the adhesive you use is designed for foam board, some of the adhesives react chemically with foamboard and will actually melt holes in it.
