May 26, 2012 - I think DLC is a blight on the industry, and yes, Bethesda's approach to quality control sickens me. A friend of mine bought a legitimate copy of Skyrim on Steam that was totally unplayable without some invasive software surgery.

May 26, 2012 - Ahh ME2, personally I thought it was the best out of the trilogy. It's a shame about ME3's endings. Although I did like the tongue in cheek "The Shepard". DLC and Patching has ruined the process of time framing for the video game industry. Years ago, you only had one shot. Now? Infinite chances, which means sometimes bugs are never looked at. Bethesda for example...

May 26, 2012 - It was a combination of budget/ time and Casey and Mac Walters being complete fuck ups and doing it without peer review...thats the long and short of it.

May 26, 2012 - yea the ending at mass effect 3 is bad but come on dont blame the whole game
TheDangerousNate Says:
May 26, 2012 - It would be more for the fact that they just wanted the game out within a timeframe instead of delaying it for the proper time for Bioware to fully flesh out the ending(s). Maybe I'm wrong and EA wasn't to blame on this, maybe they're both at fault. I'd imagine it went something like this:"Finish the game in (insert timeframe)" "We need more time to flesh out the ending better." "Just wrap it up, we'll fix it in patches later."

May 25, 2012 - Hmm. I dont know, how bout in fact they copied lots of games? Unfortanely,Mass Effect is proof.
DarthJones55 Says:
May 25, 2012 - How is EA to blame for the shitty ending? Why would they want an ending that fucks up the possibilities of sequels like ME3's ending did? They probably wanted an ending where Shepard defeats the Reapers & gets to live happily ever after...until ME4. Hell, I did.
AlphaOne92 Says:
May 25, 2012 - yup, the rEApers must be exterminated
presbydos Says:

May 25, 2012 - Or Epic games become the new BioWare's Division...
zombiekiller390 Says:
May 24, 2012 - Man i am just mad about the ending but my words wont make it any better, i just wish Bioware had just a little more time because FUCKING EA HAD TO SPEED THEIR ASSES UP BECAUSE THE WERE "INVESTING" TO MUCH GODDAMN MONEY; but im proud to play Mass Effect 1 and 2 because for 5 years Bioware expanded me to and open world for gaming but now Mass Effect 3 is a failed abortion.
GeekingForJesus Says:
May 24, 2012 - It is true. BioWare's comments all indicated the exact opposite of what was planned to happen for ME3, and what actually happened. Someone in EA, wanting to meet a budget of some kind, rushed the project and the ending suffered for it. EA has already said that the Indoctrination Theory is not what they intended to imply. The funny thing is, EA could STILL spend the next year, if needed, to construct a proper ME3 ending. The fans would accept it. But EA will never learn.
NioGetsume Says:
May 24, 2012 - "Destroys all synthetics." In a sense, you can assume it may mean all technology, or at least all tech relying on "Mass Effect Fields. Mass relays have a separate programming for that thing? After all, it didn't exactly look the same as when it throws matter out. Of course, your point could explain the overload of the mass relays.
