Nov 6, 2010 - i feel your pain. took me forever to realize it's in my face. in the tools bar, there should be one tool called 'move tool' (its mainly an arrow icon). click on it, and you'll find your cursor changes...click on the photo you want to vor resize...you'll find it highlights itself....you should be able to resize and/or move the photo where you want. hope that helped :)
