May 26, 2012 - You can use a thin-ish blanket. Just fold it so it's about the width of a mat. That's what I did and it worked great.

May 22, 2012 - I've just recently started following this video, and for me, it seems best to do it every 3 days. I just had a baby boy, so I'm really determined to lose the baby fat though LOL I've only done this 5 times so far, and I'm already feeling and seeing results. :) But then again, I also combine this with light weight lifting and some cardiovascular. It's whatever works for you, really!
