Apr 18, 2011 - when I try and open a picture I get a gray box with a bunch of lines instead of the picture and when I open bridge I dont see the picture. I get the file name. And when I double click the camera raw picture I get an error saying Photoshop does not recognize this type of file. Plus I cant export it as a jpeg
