Apr 22, 2012 - Yea 6:38!!!!!! Dats me and towards all iPad school haters. It is a great tool for the students who actually try and give a crap about school, college, and their future. For those other students, I say fuck them and they are ruining themselves by playing games

Jan 30, 2012 - $15 textbooks for iPads $500 for the actual iPad. And most schools cant even afford books!!. This will only work for colleges.

Jan 30, 2012 - It's a great idea! I'm a college student and the price bracket she mentioned for textbooks is much cheaper than what I pay. If I got to pay $15 for any textbook I wanted, I would be the happiest and my wallet would be too. Thanks Apple!

Jan 23, 2012 - In most of the world, students don't even have calculators and they still kick American students asses. So in the US, if the ipad run out of battery, students can always have an excuse to go for the PS3 or Xbox and yeah, this is how to make American people smarter.

Jan 23, 2012 - They should make the new publishing tool in such a way that authors can create readable textbooks on other devices too (Macs, PCs, Tablets in general). Why? Lets face it, most people don't have an iPad (might have other devices) + the future of the iPad is not certain. Limiting the price tag to just 15$ is great for consumers but might appall authors. I buy my university books for AT LEAST 60 euros a book. What makes Apple think that these authors are ready to publish such textbooks on an iPad.
