May 25, 2012 - How do we know that God didn't intervene and stop the blade to protect his finger and erm... the sausage?

May 24, 2012 - but you'll need to buy another saw stop and in wood shop its annoying when a noob uses the table saw and activates the stop block and then remove it... i wish the noob cut his finger off T.T

May 21, 2012 - u didn't understand..... The Steak was cut without that system. With this system the blade would stop for the T-Bone Steak, too.

KillerKnut24 Says:

Streetking412 Says:

May 16, 2012 - why not pull the blade down rather than stopping it? pulling the blade will neither harm the person nor the machine.

chillsafeley Says:

May 15, 2012 - looks like it will break after a couple of times

ytmachx Says:

May 15, 2012 - Just another idiot proofing of a common tool that used to require a functioning brain. This new device will provide further contamination of the gene pool.

Idol2011no Says:

May 15, 2012 - Conductivity??? What about a wet board? Humans ain't alone being 3k Ohm. It's not enough to show it is able to give a true positive and an easy false negative. The challenge for all censors today is to go clear of too many false positive. Besides, after such a break the saw will never be accurate again. Why did the blade have to stop? wouldn't it more than enough to take it down? This "technology" is still very immature.

nadzorka2929 Says:

May 14, 2012 - @SweetHubby82 It's not fake this is a real working safety system!

nadzorka2929 Says:

May 14, 2012 - See this how you get someone to talk or make them regret messing with you, you go mafia on them turn this saw on and then act like your going to run their hand through it and make them shit their pants!

jreynoldswrap Says:

May 14, 2012 - It touched the saw as much as the frank had a chance too. Different camera angle.

EldArDrAkonik Says:

May 13, 2012 - simple tech like this will save thousands of people. in case your unaware of the situation the carpentry world is full of hacks. the good ones will never use this, except that one time buddy from that other company decides to load his equipment through your cutting zone and...

SweetHubby82 Says:

May 13, 2012 - i have convensional saws for almost 50 years, never cut a hair or anything other than wood, this tech is not bad, but only works ONCE, you have to replace the mechanism for your stupidity, or carelessness, The Demo is FAKE, someone or something has stopped, the machine wont stop unless it senses the object, the finger didn't even touch the blade and it stopped.

sirisaicmuffin Says:

May 11, 2012 - what if the woods damp?
