Apr 28, 2012 - i just read how to do it... double click collar bone, all arm bones are selected, then u can move it with no probs... hope this helps.

Apr 16, 2012 - I had the same problem. Make sure that if your model has several parts you need to attach these together. Don't group them it will not work! Mine for example had the body as well as to eye meshes. I attached those together and then applied the skin modifier to the model and picked the base human as the bones. Now it works.

Mar 7, 2012 - I'm having similar problems. I think its got something to do with the built-in IK chains, but that doesn't get me any closer to figuring it out since I dont really know anything about IK.

Feb 2, 2012 - I have a problem when adding an absolute animation layer to my CAT rig. The top half of the rig seems to shoot down to 0,0,0 and the arms that were posed now end up in a completley random position, the only way round this i have found is to use an adjustment world/ local or even the walk cycle option. It just seems to be the absolute layer that is causing problems. any ideas would be welcome!

Aug 30, 2011 - what you should do is select your mesh and then add a skin modifier from the modify list, after that scroll down on the skin modifier on the right and click Add bones, a screen will appear above shows the bones, check the display and make sure it's on display children, then select the bones by pressing ctrl+c, then press select.
